When you fund a skill, you don’t just fight poverty, you defeat it.
Here’s the thing: talent isn’t scarce but opportunity is.
Across our communities, there are thousands of capable young people and struggling parents who aren’t looking for handouts. They’re looking for tools; a skill to earn, a trade to master, a chance to stand on their own feet.
At the BCO Foundation, we’re not just giving out temporary relief. We’re investing in marketable skills that change lives forever.
Because skills are currency.
Because not everyone will get a degree, but everyone deserves a way to survive with dignity.
We provide hands-on vocational training in areas that match real market demand:
Hairdressing & Makeup
Tailoring & Fashion Design
Carpentry & Welding
Phone Repairs & Tech Maintenance
Catering, Baking, & Home Management
Soap & Perfume Making
Digital Skills: Basic Design, Social Media Handling, Freelancing
But we can’t expand these programs without your help.

This isn’t charity. It’s a shift in mindset. It’s helping someone become the breadwinner of their family. It’s watching a young woman earn her first customer. It’s the relief of a father who can finally feed his children from the work of his own hands.
And guess what? You get to be part of that story.
